Mruganayanaa rasika mohini kaamini
hotiti manjula madhura alaapini rasika mohini
Navayavvana sampanna ramya gathi
vilaasini raska mohini

Ahladaka mukha chandra vibhudha
hoti drustiti premarasa vaahini
Mruganayanaa rasika mohini kaamini

(some parts are not clear to me but...here is my translation..)
hey deer eyed, you infatuate the romantic
hey melodious hummer, you infatuate the romantic
hey princess of the fresh youth and delicate moves
hey deer eyed, you infatuate the romantic, hey love

hey wise and pleasant moonface
nectar of affection flows from your looks
hey deer eyed, you infatuate the romantic
hey melodious hummer, you infatuate the romantic

Marathi derived from Maharastri Prakrut is very close to Sanskrit but a lot of Kannada influence can be seen both in tone and words.
tuja naav kai
tava naama kim

kutta gyalt asa
kutra gaccha-asi
